Connie Gray is a Dare County native and an Outer Banks investor offering personal experience to homeowners and buyers, including rental strategies, strong negotiations, and excellent customer service.

Connie understands owning Outer Banks investment property is about lifestyle. She began her more than 20-year-long career in real estate with BD&A where she specialized in exclusive luxury communities.

  • Sold out Nags Head Shores development in 12 months.
  • Sold out Pebble Beach Shores development in 9 months.
  • Worked with a small team to sell out luxury Corolla developments, including Pine Island, Buck Island, Ocean Crest, and Monteray Shores.

Now as co-owner and broker-in-charge at Island Crest, Connie continues to leverage her native knowledge to strengthen relationships with builders, property management firms, vendors, bankers, appraisers and attorneys.
